The Project
The Combined Public Transit - Human Services Transportation Plan (CPT-HSTP) is a planning tool to assist the Island Regional Transportation Planning Organization (IRTPO) in identifying public transportation needs and creating improvement recommendations to benefit people with disabilities, seniors, young people, individuals with lower incomes, and others who depend on public transportation services. This plan will also culminate in a prioritized project list. We are coordinating with all IRTPO member agencies, service providers, public transportation users, and other stakeholders to develop the plan.
